Refund policy

RETURNS, REFUNDS & SHIPPING

Due to the nature of our products and small-batch cosmetic production process, all Cosmic Syrup purchases are considered final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on cosmetic, skincare, body care, or personal care products.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

SHIPPING

Once an order has been fulfilled and transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are the responsibility of the carrier and may be affected by factors outside of our control.

Cosmic Syrup is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or otherwise affected after carrier confirmation of delivery. Customers are encouraged to provide a secure delivery location and monitor tracking information once an order has shipped.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to reship the order.

FULFILLMENT ERRORS

If you receive an incorrect item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@cosmicsyrup.co and include your order number along with photographs of the issue.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@cosmicsyrup.co and include photographs of both the product and packaging so we may review the issue.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

All cosmetic, skincare, body care, personal care, limited-edition, and sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
