SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed in the order they are received.
Please allow up to 7 business days for order processing unless otherwise stated on the product page. Processing times do not include weekends, holidays, carrier delays, or transit time.
During launches, promotions, limited releases, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Cosmic Syrup ships through third-party shipping carriers. Delivery estimates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, customs delays, routing issues, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.
Cosmic Syrup is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or otherwise affected after carrier confirmation of delivery. Customers are encouraged to provide a secure delivery location and monitor tracking information once an order has shipped.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Cosmic Syrup is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
FULFILLMENT ERRORS
If you receive an incorrect item due to a fulfillment error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@cosmicsyrup.co and include your order number along with photographs of the issue.
